GyanMatrix is an AI-native engineering services firm. We build, modernize, and operate software, platforms, and Global Capability Centers through a proprietary AI-augmented, engineer-led SDLC.
Our engineering system — six named AI agents governed by a framework called ARC (Autonomy, Reliability, Capability) — is the same infrastructure we use to build our own products: digri.ai and Veril.ai. When clients engage us, they get the same system, the same velocity, and the same governance we demand of ourselves.
A decade of enterprise delivery — NewsCorp, Financial Times, Pearson, TargetX, Solvvy — taught us that engineering quality is the product. Everything else is overhead.

2014
Founded in Coimbatore, India. Three co-founders. One mission: engineering-first services.
2016
US operations established in El Segundo, California. First enterprise clients onboarded.
2018
News UK / NewsCorp GCC engagement. 300+ engineers hired, cybersecurity ops established.
2020
Bangalore office opened. Engineering capacity expanded for multi-engagement delivery.
2022
AI-augmented SDLC development begins. Internal tools for code review, testing, documentation.
2024
digri.ai launched. Engineering OS deployed across all client engagements.
